'Cost free Plans'

Have you ever thought that the cost of plans has become very expensive - e.g : My Hobby Store, £12.50 - £22.50 !

There are plans on the internet that are free to download.

Mostly these plans are just small images and would need a lot of work to scale them up to full size.

Careful searching will now produce plans that are 100% in size. These are PDF files that have been created by scanning the original plan.

The problem has been, how to print them on a home (A4) printer ?

There is a free program that allows you to do this; PDF-Xchange Viewer.

The whole plan will be printed on however many sheets of A4 are required, you must then tape all the pages together.

When you reach this page Click on the download button (highlighted in red).

On the following page, select the download site (highlighted in red).

Once downloaded, install the program and it will become your default program for opening PDF files.

Once the PDF file is open, select print from the drop down menu and ensure that you select 'Tile large pages' and set to 100%.

Printer ink ok, paper tray full ?

Hit Print and get ready to gather your A4 sheets.
